浓度的测量对造纸抄造非常重要,尤其是高速纸机。如果浓度产生波动将会给产品带来致命的缺陷。从生产工艺角度详细地叙述了BTG浓度传感器对比普通浓度传感器使用中的优缺点;同时也分析了其他传感器的使用方法(例如像静态剪切力法、原子法以及微波方法测量浓度的传感器)。
Measurement of the concentration of paper pulp is very important, especially in the high speed paper machine, if the concentration of volatility will bring fatal defect to the product, this paper from the angle of the production process in detail describes the BTG concentration sensor in comparison with ordinary concentration sensor used in the advantages and disadvantages, and also analyzed the other sensors using methods such as static shear force method, atomic method and microwave method of concentration measurement sensor.
