摘要
通过盐雾腐蚀研究了铈对3003铝合金的耐腐蚀性能的影响,观察了宏观腐蚀形貌,采用扫描电镜和能谱分析仪观察腐蚀产物,利用失重法分析了不同铈含量条件下的3003铝合金的腐蚀动力学特征。结果表明,含0.4%铈的3003铝合金的耐腐蚀性能最佳。
Effect of cerium on corrosion resistance of 3003 aluminum alloy in salt spray was studied. The macroscopic corrosion morphology and corrosion products were observed by SEM and EDS,and the corrosion dynamic characteristics of 3003 aluminum alloy with different rare earth contents were analyzed by weight loss method. The results indicated that the corrosion resistance of 3003 aluminum alloy containing 0. 4% rare earth cerium has the best performance.
