摘要
随着社会经济的快速发展,人们生活质量得到了全面的改善,对食品需求也不断增加,有效地促进了食品生产加工企业的发展。与此同时,食品安全问题成为社会各界关注度的焦点,食品安全检测是保障食品质量安全的重要手段。本文主要分析食品安全检测中存在的问题,并针问题提出相应的解决对策,以期为提升食品安全检测水平提供帮助。
With the rapidly development of social economy, the quality of people＇s life has been improved comprehensively, the demanding for food has been increasing, the development of food production and processing enterprises has been effectively promoted. At the same time, food safety has become the focus of attention of all sectors of society. Food safety testing is an important means to ensure food quality and safety.In this paper, the main problems of food safety testing were analyzed, and the corresponding countermeasures were put forward, hoping to improve the level of food safety testing.
