本文综述食品中亚硫酸盐的使用、危害和限量规定,并将检验方法归类,分析各种检测方法的优缺点。旨在对食品生产、监管过程中,亚硫酸盐的使用及检测起到一定的指导作用。
This paper reviews the use of sulfite food, harm and limited, and the test methods of classification, analysis of advantages and disadvantages of various detection methods. Aimed at the process of food production, supervision, and the use of sulfite determination to play a guiding role.
