摘要
我国实验室测定食品及水质检测样品中的铝含量有多种方法,其中应用最为广泛的是分光光度法。利用微波消解对食品检测样品进行预处理(水样可以直接取样测定),试样经处理后,选择分光光度法,三价铝离子与铬天青S反应生成蓝绿色的四元胶束。该方法相对具有较高的精准度,易操作,显色反应灵敏,能够满足食品铝含量的测定要求。
There are many methods to measure the content of aluminum in food and water samples, and the most widely used method is spectrophotometry. The food samples were pretreated by microwave digestion(water samples can be directly sampled). After the sample was treated, the spectrophotometry was used. The trivalent aluminum ions reacted with the chrome azurol S to form the quaternary micelle. The method has high accuracy, easy operation and sensitive color reaction, which can meet the food aluminum content determination requirements.
