摘要
目的采用高效液相色谱法测定板蓝根水提物中(R-S)-告依春的含量,对板蓝根提取物进行质量控制。方法高效液相所用的色谱柱为phenomenex(250mm×4.6mm,5μm),流动相为甲醇-水(15:85),流速为1mL/min,柱温为30℃,检测波长为245nm。结果在含量测定中,(R-S)-告依春的质量浓度在1.6125~51.6μg/m L范围内与其峰面积呈良好的线性关系(R^2=0.99954,n=6)。结论本方法快速、准确、精密度、稳定性、重复性好,可以测定板蓝根药材中(R-S)-告依春的含量。
Objective To detect the epigoitrin content-Determination of Banlangen Granule(R-S) by HPLC,and radix extract on quality control. Methods The chromatographic conditions were as follows:Phenomenex(250mm×4.6mm,5μm),the mobile phase consisted of methanol-water(15:85),eluted at a rate of 1.0mL/min,column temperature:30℃,and the wavelength for detection was 245 nm. Results The standard curves of(R-S)-epigoitrin was linear in the concentration range of 1.6125-51.6μg/m L,R^2=0.99954,n=6. Conclusion The precision,stability and repeatability of the method are fine.This method is sensitive and quick for the determination of(R-S)–epigoitrin in Radix.
