腰椎间盘突出应用中医独活寄生汤治疗的效果评定

Effect evaluation of Chinese medicine Duhuojisheng Decoction in treatment of lumbar disc herniation

目的探讨中医独活寄生汤对腰椎间盘突出症的治疗效果。方法选取我院于2015年3月-2016年3月期间所收治的腰椎间盘突出症患者共90例,采用计算机表法的形式将其平均分成实验组和参照组,每组患者各为45例。其中实验组患者行中医独活寄生汤治疗,参照组患者行牵引疗法。在两组患者治疗结束后,采用功能障碍评分对患者的临床数据进行比较。结果经过不同方式的治疗后,两组间功能障碍评分和患者总有效率比较,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论在腰椎间盘突出症治疗过程中,应用中医独活寄生汤的效果显著,有效改善患者病情,对临床研究具有重要作用。

Objective To explore the therapeutic effect of Chinese medicine Duhuojisheng Decoction on lumbar disc herniation. Methods A total of 90 patients with lumbar disc herniation cured in our hospital from March 2015 to March 2016 were divided into experimental group and control group by means of computer table,45 cases in each group.Patients in the experimental group were treated with traditional Chinese medicine Duhuojisheng decoction,and the traction therapy was performed in the control group.After the end of treatment in both groups,the clinical data of the patients were compared using a dysfunction score. Results After treatment,the difference between the two groups was significant（P〈0.05）,and the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion In the course of treatment of lumbar disc herniation,the effect of using Duhuojisheng Decoction is significant.It can improve the patient＇s condition effectively,and it plays an important role in clinical research.
