摘要
目的探讨穴位贴敷辅助治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者对外周血辅助性T细胞影响。方法 2014年2月-2015年11月选择在我院诊治的慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者144例作为研究对象,根据随机信封抽签原则分为观察组与对照组各72例,对照组给予机械通气治疗,观察组在对照组治疗的基础上给予穴位贴敷治疗,记录治疗效果与辅助性T细胞17(Th17)变化情况。结果观察组与对照组的治疗有效率分别为97.2%和86.1%,观察组的治疗有效率与对照组相比有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。治疗后观察组与对照组的Th17水平分别为(2.44±1.42)%和(3.22±1.93)%,都明显低于治疗前的(4.98±1.39)%和(4.91±1.45)%(P〈0.05),观察组治疗后的Th17水平也明显低于对照组(P〈0.05)。结论穴位贴敷辅助治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者能有效调节外周血辅助性T细胞水平,从而提高治疗效果。
Objective To explore the influence of acupoint application therapy to peripheral blood helper T cells in adjuvant therapy for patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease. Methods 144 cases of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease cured in our hospital from February 2014 to November 2015 were selected as the study objects. According to the principle of random envelope, they were divided into observation group and control group, 72 cases in each group. Patients in control group were treated with mechanical ventilation therapy, and patients in observation group were treated with acupoint application therapy on the basis of control group. Therapeutic effect and(Th17) changes in helper T cells of the two groups were recorded. Results The effective rate of the observation group and the control group were 97.2% and 86.1%, respectively. The effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P〈0.05). After treatment, the levels of Th17 in the observation group and the control group were(2.44 ± 1.42)% and(3.22 ± 1.93)%, respectively, which were significantly lower than those of before the treatment with(4.98±1.39)% and(4.91 ± 1.45)%(P〈0.05). The level of Th17 in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P〈0.05). Conclusion Application of acupoint sticking therapy in patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease can effectively regulate peripheral blood helper T cell level. So as to improve the therapeutic effect.
