不同时间服用缬沙坦对非勺型高血压患者降压效果的影响

Antihypertensive effect of valsartan at different times for patients with non dipper hypertension

目的探讨不同服药时间对非勺型高血压患者疗效的影响。方法回顾性分析我院收治的38例非勺型高血压患者的临床资料,均使用缬沙坦进行治疗,按照给药时间不同分为研究组(n=19)和对照组(n=19),对照组清晨服药,研究组晚间给药,比较两组收缩压昼变异率、舒张压昼夜变异率及用药前后血压情况。结果研究组收缩压昼夜变异率、舒张压昼夜变异率与对照组比较更高,两组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组治疗后24h平均压、白天平均压、夜间平均压与治疗前比较均出现明显降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组治疗后夜间平均压(SBP、DBP)与同期对照组比较更低,两组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论晚间服用缬沙坦对非勺型高血压患者进行治疗,可使患者的临床治疗效果有效提高,有效控制血压,改善异常的血压昼夜节律。

Objective To explore the antihypertensive effect of valsartan at different times for patients with non dipper hypertension. Methods Clinical data of 38 cases of patients with non dipper hypertension cured in our hospital were retrospectively analyzed. All the patients were treated with valsartan. According to the different administration time, they were divided into study group and control group with 19 cases in each. Patients in control group took medicine in the morning, and patients in study group took medicine at night. Diurnal variation of systolic blood pressure, diurnal variation of diastolic blood pressure and blood pressure before and after treatment of the two groups were compared. Results The diurnal variation of systolic blood pressure and the diurnal variation of diastolic pressure in the study group were higher than those in the control group, and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. After treatment, the mean pressure of 24 h, the average daytime pressure and the average nighttime pressure of the two groups after treatment were significantly lower than those before treatment, and the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. The average nighttime pressure（SBP, DBP） in the study group was lower than that in the control group at the same time, the difference between the two groups was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Valsartan taken in the evening in treatment of non dipper hypertension can effectively improve the clinical treatment of patients. It can effectively control the blood pressure, and improve abnormal circadian rhythm of blood pressure.
