综合护理干预在精神分裂症患者中的应用效果分析

Application effect analysis of comprehensive nursing intervention in treatment of schizophrenic patients

目的研究综合护理干预在精神分裂症患者中的应用效果。方法纳入我院2014年6月-2016年5月普通精神科病区精神分裂症患者94例并根据随机数字表法分为均等两组。常规护理组采取常规护理干预,综合护理组采取综合护理干预。比较两组患者家属对护理干预的满意度;平均住院时间;护理干预前和护理干预后患者阳性和阴性症状量表、生存质量测定量表、认知功能及身体功能问卷分值的差异。结果综合护理组家属对护理干预的满意度显著比常规护理组高（P〈0.05）;综合护理组相较于常规护理组平均住院时间更短（P〈0.05）;护理干预前两组阳性和阴性症状量表、生存质量测定量表、认知功能及身体功能问卷分值相似（P〉0.05）;护理干预后综合护理组相较于常规护理组阳性和阴性症状量表、生存质量测定量表、认知功能及身体功能问卷分值改善更显著（P〈0.05）。结论综合护理干预在精神分裂症患者中的应用效果确切,可有效改善患者精神分裂症状,提高认知功能,改善患者生存质量,缩短治疗时间,患者家属对护理服务满意度高,值得推广。

Objective To study the application effect of comprehensive nursing intervention in treatment of schizophrenic patients. Methods 94 cases of patients with schizophrenia in general psychiatric ward cured in our hospital from June 2014 to May 2016 were selected and divided into two groups according to random digital table method. Patients in routine nursing group were treated with routine nursing intervention, and patients in comprehensive nursing group were treated with comprehensive nursing intervention. Family members＇ satisfaction with nursing intervention and average length of stay of the two groups were compared. Average length of stayof the two groups was compared., Positive and negative symptoms scale, quality of life scale, cognitive function and physical function questionnaire differences before and after nursing intervention were compared. Results The satisfaction degree of nursing intervention of comprehensive nursing group was significantly higher than that of routine nursing group（P〈0.05）. The average hospitalization time of the comprehensive nursing group was shorter than that of the conventional nursing group（P〈0.05）. The positive and negative symptom scale, quality of life scale, cognitive function and physical function questionnaire scores of the two groups were similar before nursing intervention（P〉0.05）. After the nursing intervention, compared with the routine nursing group, the positive and negative symptom scale, the quality of life scale, the cognitive function and the physical function questionnaire score were improved significantly（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The effects of comprehensive nursing intervention in treatment of schizophrenic patients is exact. It can effectively improve the symptoms of schizophrenia, improve cognitive function, improve the quality of life of patients, and shorten the treatment time.Family members of patients has high satisfaction with nursing services. It is worthy of promotion.
