实施诊疗护理服务全过程在医护药联合查房的应用探讨

目的探讨实施诊疗护理服务全过程在医护药联合查房的应用。方法在2015年6月-2016年8月期间,住院科室开展联合查房84次,其中实施诊疗护理服务全过程的医护药联合查房42次设为实验组,使用传统的医护分开查房42次为对照组,比较两组查房形式的护理人员综合素质及整体责任制管床能力,护士进行护理操作标准性和规范性,专科知识的掌握程度以及患者、医生对护理工作满意度情况。结果实施联合查房前后,调查的数据相比较,P〈0.05,护理人员综合素质及整体责任制管床能力,护士进行护理操作标准性和规范性,专科知识的掌握程度以及患者、医生对护理工作满意度明显优于实施前。结论实施临床诊疗护理服务全过程,促使责任护士落实责任制整体护理模式,提高护理人员的专业技能和整体水平,从而提高护理质量,同时提高医生及患者对护士的信任度。

Objective To explore the application of whole process of diagnosis and treatment in joint rounds of medical care pharmacy. Methods In June 2015 to Auguest 2016, hospital carried out 84 joint rounds. Among them, 42 cases of implementation of the whole process of nursing care of the hospital ward were selected as experimental group, and 42 cases of traditional medical separate rounds were selected as control group. Comprehensive quality of nursing staff and the responsibility of the whole responsibility system, standard and standard of nursing operation, mastery of specialist knowledge, doctors＇ satisfaction with nursing work of the two groups were compared. Results Before and after the implementation of the joint rounds, comparation of survey data showed P〈0.05. Comprehensive quality of nursing staff and the responsibility of the whole responsibility system, standard and standard of nursing operation, mastery of specialist knowledge, doctors＇ satisfaction with nursing work were significantly better than before the implementation. Conclusion The whole process of clinical nursing service can promote the responsibility nurses to implement the responsibility system holistic nursing model, improve the professional skills and overall level of nursing staff, then improve the quality of nursing. At the same time, it can improve the trust of doctors and patients.
