持续质量改进模式在儿科优质护理服务管理中的实践效果分析

Practical effect analysis of continuous quality improvement model in the pediatric nursing service management

目的探讨应用持续护理质量改进模式的价值和意义,旨在提高儿科优质护理服务质量。方法随机选取100例于2012年12月-2014年5月期间在我院儿科就诊的患儿作为研究对象并对其采取常规护理管理（对照组）,同样随机选取100例于2014年6月-2015年11月期间在我院儿科就诊的患儿作为研究对象并采取持续护理质量改进模式（试验组）,比较不同护理管理模式护理质量及患儿家长对护理服务满意度的差异。结果试验组的护理质量以及家属对护理服务的满意度均显著优于对照组,组间比较差异具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论将持续质量改进模式应用到儿科优质护理服务管理中,能够明显提高护理质量,保证护理工作井然有序,并调动护理人员工作积极性及患儿家属对护理服务满意度,效果显著,值得借鉴推广。

Objective To analyze and discuss the value and significance of application of continuous nursing quality improvement model in order to further improve the quality of pediatric nursing service. Methods According to random number table method,100 cases of patients cured in pediatric of our hospital during from December 2012 to May 2014 were selected as control group,amd they were treated with routine nursing management.According to random number table method,another 100 cases of patients cured in pediatric of our hospital from June 2014 to November 2015 were selected as the research object,and they were treated with continuous nursing quality improvement mode.The difference of nursing quality and the nursing service satisfaction under different nursing management mode of the two groups were compared. Results The nursing quality and parents to nursing service satisfaction of the experimental group were significantly better than those of control group,and difference was significant statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The continuous quality improvement model applied to the pediatric nursing service management can significantly improve the quality of nursing,ensure nursing work orderly,mobilize nursing staff＇s work enthusiasm,and improve families of children with the nursing service satisfaction.It has obvious effect,and it is worth popularizing for reference.
