Cultivate Economic Belt: Remold Region Development Strategy

"一带一路"、"长江经济带"、"京津冀协同发展"三大发展战略的明确提出,意味着经济带模式成为当代中国区域开发在空间格局上的重大创新——经济带是比城市群、都市圈等更高层次的空间结构,将成为未来中国区域发展战略的重要支撑。本文分析了经济带的研究背景,总结了中国经济带的发展概况,提出重塑以经济带为支撑的新型区域发展战略;分析了经济带利益格局存在的矛盾,提出利益协调机制,并对中国经济带已有的合作机制进行总结;展望未来,中国应培育更多的经济带,构建区域开发的完整骨架。

The Belt and The Road, Yangtze River Economic Belt and Beijing- Tianjin- Hebei integra- tionare collectively called Three Major Strategies. The proposition of Three Major Strategies signals that economic belt has been a major innovation in the regional development progress of China. Economic belt is a space structure which possesses a higher level than urban agglomeration and metropolis circle. This discusses some misunderstanding of economic belt, and summarizes the current situation of Economic Belt. Then, this article proposes the region development strategy, which is based on economic belt. This article also proposes some interest coordination mechanism for economic belt. At last, we suggests that China should cultivate more economic belt to structure a complete skeleton of region development.
