赤水市清洁型小流域综合治理的W·E·H模式

W·E·H mode in comprehensive management of clean small watershed in Chishui City

清洁型小流域治理是水生态文明建设的重要组成部分。贵州省赤水市通过对水土流失治理、生态修复、人居环境提升等多方面的建设和改造,提出了生态清洁型小流域建设的"W·E·H"模式,使项目区农村人居环境得到很大改善,为脱贫奠定了良好基础。"W·E·H治理模式的做法与经验可以为长江上游类似流域的水土保持工作提供借鉴。

Comprehensive management of clean small watershed is an indispensible part of ecological construction. In the process of controlling soil erosion,restoring the ecological condition and improving people’s living environment,Chishui City put forward a ＂W·E·H mode＂in comprehensive management of clean small watershed,which greatly betters the living environment of the people in the rural areas and lays a solid foundation for people to get away from poverty and be better off. In the paper,we summarizes the main experiences of W·E·H mode in comprehensive management of clean small watershed in Chishui City,which would be referential for the soil and water conservation in similar watershed in the upper reaches of Yangtze River Basin.
