摘要
通过将热致相分离与溶致相分离技术结合,制备了一种新型具有双连续孔洞的聚(γ-苄基-L-谷氨酸)/聚乳酸多孔支架材料。体外生物活性实验表明该支架材料能够很好的促进类骨磷灰石的形成,表现出优良的生物活性,表明这类支架材料在骨组织工程领域具有很好的应用前景。
A novel dual interconnected porous scaffolds composted of poly( γ-benzyl-L-glutamate) modified Hydroxyapatite /poly( L-lactide)( PBLG-g-HA / PLLA) were prepared by the combination of thermal and solvent induced phase separation method,and the in vitro bioactivity test shows that this kind of scaffolds can promote formation of bone-like apatite,showing wonderful bioactivity and implying that this kind of scaffolds have promising applications in bone tissue engineering.
