"微文化"是互联网技术与人文社会并行发展、高度融合的时代产物,在对高校思想政治教育存在积极影响的同时,亦会使其功能受到削弱、权威受到挑战、内容受到冲击,这是传统教育模式根深蒂固、教育者观念滞后、"微文化"与教育未紧密衔接造成的。转变传统教育模式、提高教师"微文化"素养、优化教育内容,是解决"微文化"带来的系列问题,提升高校思想政治教育水平的有效之策。

＂ Micro culture＂ is the higher mixture of the development of human society and interact, which not only has the positive effect to the college ideological and political education, but also has negative effect to the function of college ideological and political education, the authority, and the content. This is caused by the deeply rooted traditional education. Changing the traditional mode of education, raising the teacher＇ s ＂micro culture＂ quality, and optimizing the content of education are the key solutions to fixing the problems that the ＂micro culture＂ brought.
