摘要
研究影响高校青年教师闲暇满意度的主要因素,包括闲暇设施、经济条件、闲暇时间、闲暇知识、交往对象、闲暇活动计划、闲暇活动内容,并以此为基础探悉利用闲暇促进高校青年教师专业发展的路径.一方面,高校青年教师应树立利用闲暇促进专业发展的意识;利用闲暇培养自己终身学习的能力;利用闲暇养成沉思习惯.另一方面,高校应该通过指导教师的传帮带,引领青年教师专业成长;鼓励青年教师积极参与学术交流,拓展学术视野;鼓励青年教师之间取长补短、互助共进;引导青年教师在社会实践中增强实践能力和创新精神.
Leisure satisfaction of young teachers is not so good.The following items are the main factors affecting university young teachers’ leisure satisfaction:leisure facilities,economic condition,leisure time,leisure knowledge,communication object,leisure activity planning,leisure activity contents.The methods using leisure to promote university young teachers’ specialty development are:setting up the consciousness to utilize leisure in promoting specialty development;utilizing leisure in cultivating the ability of lifelong study;utilizing leisure in forming the meditation and rumination habit;leading young teachers into specialty growth and maturity through the mentoring of "instructors";academic exchange:expanding young teachers’ academic research vision through participation in academic conferences and discussions;companions mutual-aid:colleagues from similar specialties or with similar interests,learning from others’ strength to overcome the weaknesses,helping each other and raising the level together;social practice:combining theory with practice to promote young teachers’ practice ability and innovation spirit.
