当前,铁路客站面临的暴力恐怖威胁日益严重,传统的以维护治安秩序为主的工作标准难以适应反恐怖斗争形势。因此,要坚持以先进理念为引领,以反恐防范为标准,以提升能力为重点,围绕警务组织、路内协同、路地联动,打造精干过硬的反恐力量体系,落实坚强有力的警务保障机制,推进科学高效的勤务模式改革,构建三位一体的反恐防控网络,快速适应反恐现实斗争的需要,促进铁路公安工作在更高水平、更高层次、更高质量上创新发展。

Now the violent threat faced by railway stations has been increasingly serious. The traditional working standard oriented in the maintenance of public order can hardly suit the current situation of anti-terrorism. Thus, we must hold advanced concepts, regard the defence against terrorism as working standard, take ability improvement as the key point and build up a strong anti-terrorism system centering on policing organizations, cooperation inside railways and joint force of inner and outer railways. Meanwhile, we should implement a powerful guarantee mechanism, promote the scientific and effective service model reform and construct a triune defence network against terrorism in order to adapt quickly to the need of the fight against terrorism as well as improve the police work to develop in a higher level and better quality.
