干旱条件下重金属胁迫对油松和侧柏幼苗光合特性的影响

摘要 以辽西地区造林常用树种油松和侧柏为试验材料,在水分和重金属铅的胁迫条件下,探讨2种树种叶绿素含量和净光合作用的变化。结果表明:不同的水分胁迫显著影响侧柏的叶绿素含量和油松的净光合速率;重金属铅的胁迫对油松和侧柏的叶绿素含量和净光合速率影响变化不一致,但是叶绿素含量在土壤铅含量为1 500mg·kg^(-1)时是两种树的低代谢调整浓度,油松的净光合速率的最高值出现在土壤铅含量为1 000mg·kg^(-1)的处理。 Taking Pinus tabuliformis Platycladus orientalis in western Liaoning Province as test materials under water stress conditions and heavy metals lead,change of chlorophyll content and net photosynthesis of two species were discussed under the condition of water and net photosynthesis.Result shows that different water stress affect significantly the chlorophyll content of Platycladus orientalis and the net photosynthetic of Pinus tabuliformis.Changes of effects of Pb Stress on chlorophyll content of Pinus tabuliformis Platycladus orientalis is inconsistent,the metabolism adjusting concentrations of chlorophyll content is low under the soil lead content(1 500 mg·kg^-1);the maximum net photosynthetic rate of Pinus tabuliformis appear in the treatment of the soil lead content being 1 000mg·kg^-1.
