生活污水对桐花树、秋茄叶片结构特征及生长的影响

摘要 对采自广东省湛江市霞山区观海长廊的无污染区和污染区桐花树与秋茄所生长的土壤进行分析检测,比较了污染区和无污染区土壤中养分及重金属的含量;对污染区和无污染区的桐花树和秋茄的叶片,采用光学显微镜观察,描述了生活污水对其叶片结构特征指标的影响。结果表明:污染区土壤的重金属含量比无污染区高,土壤的酸性也增强,污染区与无污染区相比,有效磷的含量最高;污染区植物叶片的叶表皮细胞变小,被拉成不规则的多边形,细胞内的单宁含量减少,且叶片干质量及面积都比无污染区的要小。由此可见,生活污水对红树植物的生长有一定的影响。 The soil in which Aegiceras corniculatum Kandelia candel grew in polluted unpolluted areas in the sea promenade in Xiashan District of Zhanjiang City of Guangdong Province were tested.The contents of nutrients and heavy metals in the soil in polluted unpolluted areas were compared.The effects of sewage on the structure features of leaves and physiological indices were described by optical microscope.Result shows that the content of heavy metals in polluted soil was higher than that in unpolluted area,and the acidity of soil is also enhanced.The content of available phosphorus is the highest in polluted area compared with that in unpolluted area.The size of cell of leaf epidermal becomes smaller;the leaves are pulled into irregular polygons;content of intracellular tannin decrease;and leaf dry weight and area is smaller than that in unpolluted area.This shows that domestic sewage have a certain impact on the growth of mangrove plants.
