摘要 为提高树莓组培工厂化育苗芽诱导成活率,扩繁种苗基数,促进种苗品种更新,对不同外植体消毒方法和不同芽诱导培养基进行筛选试验,结果表明:海尔特兹、秋红、托拉米、菲尔杜德等树莓品种,用0.1%HgCl_2处理3min,接种在MS+6-BA1.5mg·L^(-1)+IAA0.6mg·L^(-1)诱导芽培养最好,成活率分别为73.33%、83.33%、70.00%和63.33%。 In order to improve the survival rate of induced buds by factory nursery,propagate the seed base and accelerate the regeneration of seedlings,the sterilization method of explants and different culture mediums were carried out screening experiments.Result shows that Rubus corchorifolius ‘Haiertezi',Rubus corchorifolius ‘Qiuhong',Rubus corchorifolius ‘Tuolami',Rubus corchorifolius ‘Feierdude',treated with 0.1% HgCl_2 for 3min,inoculated on induced buds in the medium(MS + 6-BA 1.5 mg·L^-1+ IAA 0.6 mg·L^-1),can obtain the optimal effect.The survival rates is 73.33%,83.33%,70.00% 63.33% respectively.
