经脐单孔单通道套扎悬吊法腹腔镜阑尾炎切除术的护理干预

Nursing intervention of single hole and single channel ligation and suspension for laparoscopic appendectomy

目的研究对于接受经脐单孔单通道套扎悬吊法腹腔镜手术切除的阑尾炎患者,实施早期全面护理干预措施的应用效果。方法将我院于2015年2-12月期间收治50例急、慢性阑尾炎患者,作为常规组,为患者提供一般围手术期护理服务,于2016年1-10月间收治的50例患者,划分为干预组,为其提供早期护理干预服务,以100例患者作为研究对象进行回顾性分析,两组患者均接受经脐单孔单通道套扎悬吊法腹腔镜手术治疗,观察两组手术基本情况及住院时间,总结患者术后并发症发生情况及术后疼痛缓解度。结果常规组患者手术用时、住院花费、治疗时间等均高于干预组（P〈0.05）。常规组患者术后并发症发生率为14%,干预组为4%,干预组发生率较低（P〈0.05）。常规组患者术后疼痛度为46%,干预组为90%,干预组较高（P〈0.05）。结论经脐单孔单通道套扎悬吊法腹腔镜手术具有一定优势,将此种术式应用治疗阑尾炎患者,患者术后恢复情况较好,且手术安全性较高,术后出现并发症情况较少,手术用时较短,患者住院期间花费较少且术后机体疼痛缓解情况较好。

Objective To explore the the application effect of early comprehensive nursing intervention to appendicitis patients treated with single hole and single channel ligation and suspension for laparoscopic appendectomy. Methods50 cases of acute and chronic appendicitis patients cured in our hospital from February 2015 to December 2015 were selected as routine group, and they were treated with general perioperative nursing. 50 cases of patients cured in our hospital from January 2016 to October 2016 were selected as intervention group, and they were treated weith early nursing intervention. The 100 cases were as study objects to retrospectively analyzed. Single channel ligation and suspension for laparoscopic appendectomy were used to the patients of the two groups. Basic operation and hospitalization time of the two groups were observed. Postoperative complications and postoperative pain relief of the two groups were summaried. Results Time of operation, hospitalization expenses and treatment time of routine group were higher than those of intervention group（P 〈 0.05）. The incidence of postoperative complications was 14% in the routine group, the intervention group was 4%, the incidence rate of the intervention group was lower（P 〈 0.05）. The postoperative pain was 46% in the conventional group, the intervention group was higher than that in the intervention group, and was higher in the intervention group than in the control group（P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Single hole and single channel ligation and suspension in treatment of laparoscopic appendectomy has certain advantages. The postoperative recovery was good. The operation safety was high. Postoperative complications are less. The operation time is short. The cost in the hospital is less, and the postoperative pain relief is better.
