应用康惠尔敷料治疗Ⅲ、Ⅳ度及不可分期压疮的护理体会

Nursing experience of comfeel dressings in treatment of III, IV and non-stage pressure ulcer

目的探讨康惠尔敷料在Ⅲ、Ⅳ度及不可分期压疮中的应用效果。方法 2015年1月1日-2016年9月30日诊治压疮伴感染患者88例,采用随机数字表法分为两组（对照组和实验组）,比较两组患者伤口感染控制、腐肉的去除、肉芽生长、换药次数、换药费用和患者压疮愈合天数。结果对照组压疮伤口69处,愈合21处,好转28处,无效20处;实验组压疮伤口86处,愈合45处,好转37处,无效4处;实验组压疮伤口治疗效果明显优于对照组（P〈0.05）,实验组的换药次数明显小于对照组（P〈0.001）。结论康惠尔敷料可促进Ⅲ、Ⅳ度及不可分期压疮伤口的创面愈合,缩短愈合时间,减少治疗费用。

Objective To investigate application effect of comfeel dressings in III, IV and non-stage pressure ulcer. Methods 88 patients with pressure ulcer and infection were selected during January 1 2015 to September 30 2016. They were divided into two groups according to random number table method（control group and experimental group）. Wound infection control, carrion removal, granulation, dressing change times, dressing costs and bedsore healing days between two groups were compared. Results There were 69 pressure ulcer wound in control group, including 21 heal, 28 improved, 20 invalid. There wre 86 pressure ulcer wound in experimental group, including 45 heal, 37 improved, 4 invalid. Therapeutic effect of pressure ulcer in experimental group was significantly better than that of control group（P 〈 0.05）. Dressing change times in experimental group was significantly less than control group（P 〈 0.001）. Conclusion Comfeel dressings can promote wound healing in III, IV and non-stage pressure ulcer. It can shorten healing time and reduce treatment costs.
