探讨中医综合护理对剖宫产术后胃肠功能的影响

Impact of TCM comprehensive nursing to gastrointestinal function after cesarean section

目的探讨中医综合护理对剖宫产术后胃肠功能的影响。方法 2015年10月-2016年10月剖宫产术后产妇120例,随机分组,对照组采用常规护理措施干预,观察组基于常规护理,采用中医综合护理干预,比较两组患者的生活质量评分、胃肠功能指标、护理满意度、术后疼痛改善情况。结果 （1）与对照组对比,观察组腹围改变、肠鸣音消失、腹内压增高、便秘、肠内营养不耐受的发生率明显更低（P〈0.05）。（2）与对照组对比,观察组护理满意度明显更高（P〈0.05）。（3）观察组生活质量评分明显低于对照组（P〈0.05）。两组护理前和护理后对比,护理后生活质量评分明显低于护理前（P〈0.05）。（4）与治疗前对比,治疗后腰腿痛VAS评分明显下降;与对照组对比,观察组治疗前颈腰腿痛VAS评分对比无统计学意义（P〉0.05）;治疗后颈腰腿痛VAS对比,观察组VAS评分明显比对照组低（P〈0.05）。结论中医综合护理对剖宫产术后胃肠功能的改善具有积极的作用,能够促进产妇胃肠蠕动功能恢复,值得临床广泛应用以及推广。

Objective To explore the impact of TCM comprehensive nursing to gastrointestinal function after cesarean section. Methods 120 cases of parturient after cesarean section in our hospital from October 2015 to October 2016 were selected and randomly divided into control group and obervation group.Patients in control group were treated with foutine nursing intervention,and patients in observation group were treated with TCM comprehensive nursing intervention.Quality of life score,gastrointestinal function index,nursing satisfaction and postoperative pain of the two groups were compared. Results（1）Compared with the control group,the occurrence rates of abdominal circumference change,bowel sounds disappeared,intra-abdominal pressure,constipation,enteral nutrition intolerance of observation group were significantly lower（P 〈 0.05）.（2）Compared with the control group,nursing satisfaction was significantly higher in the observation group（P 〈 0.05）.（3）The quality of life score of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group（P 〈 0.05）.Before and after nursing care,the nursing quality of life score of the two groups were significantly lower than before nursing（P 〈 0.05）.（4）Compared with before treatment,after treatment of lumbago and leg pain VAS scores were decreased significantly.Compared with the control group,the cervical lumbocrural pain VAS score of observation group before the treatment had no obvious difference,（P 〉 0.05）.The VAS score of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group（P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion TCM comprehensive nursing to gastrointestinal function after cesarean section has a positive effect.It can promote the recovery of gastrointestinal motility.It is worthy of of clinical application and popularization.
