同伴支持模式管理对农村2型糖尿病患者的临床效果评价

Clinical effect evaluation of peer support model management for patients with type 2 diabetes in rural areas

目的评价应用同伴支持模式管理对农村2型糖尿病（T2DM）患者的临床效果。方法选取2015年3月-2016年2月期间本院收治的农村T2DM患者150例作为本次研究的对象,将入选病例随机分为实验组和对照组,每组各75例,所有入选病例均采用常规教育模式,在此基础上,实验组行同伴支持模式,比较2组患者的糖脂代谢相关指标、血压情况、生活质量评分及负性情绪。结果实验组患者的糖脂代谢指标、血压情况的变化显著优于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;实验组患者的SAS评分和SDS评分均明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;实验组患者的各项功能评分和总体生活质量评分也均明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论同伴支持模式能明显改善农村T2DM患者的负性情绪,进一步提高患者的生活质量,临床各项指标效果明显,值得推广应用。

Objective To evaluate the clinical effect of peer support model management for patients with type 2 diabetes in rural areas. Methods 150 cases of patients with type 2 diabetes in rural areas cured in our hospital from March 2015 to February 2016 were selected as the study objects.They were randomly divided into experimental group and control group with 75 cases in each.All the patients were treated with routine education model.On the basis of this,patients in experimental group were treated with peer support model.Indicators of glucose and lipid metabolism,blood pressure,quality of life score and negative emotions of the two groups were compared. Results The changes of glucose and lipid metabolism and blood pressure in the experimental group were significantly better than those in the control group（P 〈 0.05）.The SAS score and SDS score of the experimental group were significantly lower than those of the control group（P 〈 0.05）.The scores of functional scores and overall quality of life of the patients in the experimental group were significantly higher than those in the control group（P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Peer support model can significantly improve the negative emotions of rural T2 DM patients,and further improve the quality of life of patients.The clinical effect of each index is obvious,and it is worthy of popularization and application.
