中小企业创新绩效影响因素探讨——基于321家上市公司的数据分析

Research on influence factors about innovation performance of SMEs:based on 321 listed companies data as an example

目前,中小企业创新受到广泛重视。现有研究成果显示,对中小企业创新绩效的影响因素存在不同的争论。为了深化研究,以321家上市中小企业为研究对象,运用二项分类logistic回归法分析了企业规模、年龄、产业类型和高管学历对创新绩效的影响。结果显示,企业规模和所属产业类型对创新绩效具有显著影响,企业年龄和高管学历与创新绩效之间没有关联性。根据这一结论,就促进中小企业创新活动提出了4点建议。

Nowadays, innovation of SMEs draws attention widely. The existing research results display that there are debate about influnce factors in innovation performance of SMEs. In order to deepen the research, the paper uses binomial logistic regression method to analyze 321 listed enterprises, which explores the impact of industry type, firm size, age, executives degree impacting on innovation performance. Resuhs show that the firm size and industry type has a significant influence on innovation performance, and there is no correlation between innovation perform- ance with enterprise age and executive education level. According to this conclusion, the paper puts forward four suggestions to promote innovation performance of SMEs.
