基于遗传算法的企业集团重组决策方法研究

Research on the decision making method of enterprise group restructuring based on genetic algorithm

通过国有企业集团实际调研,了解制造型企业重组过程中的考量指标,并构建综合各个指标的重组筛选模型,运用遗传算法进行计算求解;再将筛选后的结果根据个别情况进一步做推进处理,以实现企业集团重组的更优决策;最后通过实例进行仿真。重组筛选模型的建立,将企业重组从企业决策层的概念决策转向了战略部门的量化决策,使重组决策得到了更全面理性的考量和清晰的依据,为企业集团作重组决策提供了一个方向。

This paper gathered the measure indicators in corporate restructuring with documentary and interview investigation to build a restructuring filter model. The decision alternative of corporate restructuring can be made by this model with genetic algorithm, and decision-makers can do further decision with the results, that can make it more rational and favorable. There is an example used to make it more clearly. This restructuring filter model leads the decision alternative from conceptual aspect to quantitative level, and it makes the decision alternative more comprehensive. It provides the decision-making basis for the enterprise group as restructuring in one direction.
