摘要
众筹是互联网金融的一项应用,也是目前国内外的热门话题,更是服务创新的典型案例。研究重点结合经典服务创新四维度模型进行,从服务概念创新、投资者界面创新、服务传递创新、服务技术创新四维度对众筹服务创新模式进行深入探讨,构建了众筹服务创新四维度拓展模型。并对众筹"网络外部性"、"长尾效应"和"羊群效应"3个主要运行机理进行分析,提出了众筹服务创新运行机理模型。因而,为了实现众筹持续的服务创新,我们应关注投融资者的潜在需求、追求简单便捷、关注"长尾"并提升众筹项目质量。研究对服务创新理论有一定的理论意义,同时有助于众筹模式更好地运行。
Crowd-funding is not only an application of Internet financial, a hot topic at home and abroad at present, but also a typical case of service innovation. This paper further discusses the service innovation of crowd-funding combined with classical four dimensional model of service innovation from the innovation dimensions of service concept, investor interface, service delivery, service technology. Then it constructs an Expand Four Dimensional Model of service innovation about crowd-funding. We also analyze the network externality, long tail and herd effect, which are the three main operating mechanisms, and put forward the mechanism model of crowd-funding service innovation. Thus, in order to achieve the continuous crowd-funding service innovation, we should focus on investors' potential demand, pursue simple and convenient means, pay attention to the "long tail" and enhance the quality of the crowd-funding project. This research has a certain theoretical significance on service innovation theory, and can help crowd-funding pattern run better.
