不同土壤湿度对玛卡播种育苗的影响 被引量:2

摘要 在4月中旬到6月,在相同育苗条件下,自然温度控制在20-30℃范围内,对比研究不同土壤湿度对玛卡种子出土率、出土时间、幼苗成活率和生长高度变化的影响。结果表明:在其他条件相同时,土壤湿度对玛卡种子育苗有直接的影响,当土壤湿度在65%-80%时,玛卡幼苗成活率高,高生长最快;土壤湿度在50%-65%时,种苗各项变化在总体对比试验中没有优势;当土壤湿度在35%-50%时,各项指标最低;当土壤湿度高于80%时,玛卡出苗率最高,出土时间最短。 The natural temperature was controlled within the range of 20℃-30 ℃ under the same nursery conditions during the period of about one and a hail months from mid-April to early June. The effects of different soil moisture on unearthed rate,emergence time, seedling survival rate and growth height. Result shows that the change of soil moisture have direct influence on seedling growth when other conditions were same. The survival rate and growth height of Lepidium meyenii seedlings changed most rapidly when the soil humidity is in the range of 65%-80%. When the soil moisture is in the range of 50%-65 %, there was no advantage in the overall comparison experiment. When the soil moisture in the range of 35%-50%, each indicators is the lowest. When the soil moisture is higher than 80%, the emergence rate of Lepidium meyenii is the highest; unearthed time is the shortest.
