体力活动水平与血脂及心血管炎症因子的相关性分析——基于不同体力活动水平女性血脂及心血管炎症因子指标数据 被引量:3

摘要 探讨不同体力活动水平对40-59岁女性血脂及心血管炎症因子C-反应蛋白、白介素-6、肿瘤坏死因子、载脂蛋白B的影响,旨在明确体力活动水平与血脂及血管炎症因子之间的关系。方法:以65名40-59岁女性为研究对象,采用国际体力活动量表测量其体力活动,并根据体力活动水平分为三组。分析不同体力活动水平女性血脂四项和超敏C-反应蛋白、白介素-6、肿瘤坏死因子、载脂蛋白B等血管炎症因子情况。结果:低体力活动人群甘油三脂(TG)、低密度脂蛋白(LDL)、总胆固醇(CHO)均高于中体力活动人群,高密度脂蛋白(HDL)低于中等体力活动组;低体力活动人群超敏C反应蛋白、肿瘤坏死因子浓度明显高于高体力活动人群,且差异显著(P〈0.05);低体力活动人群的载脂蛋白B、白细胞介素-6浓度低于中体力活动人群,且差异显著(P〈0.05);体力活动量与低密度脂蛋白呈低度负相关,体力活动量与超敏C-反应蛋白也呈低度负相关。结论:高体力活动量人群的血脂情况好于低体力活动量人群;中体力活动量人群载脂蛋白B和白细胞介素-6指标优于低、高体力活动量人群;高体力活动量人群的超敏C-反应蛋白和肿瘤坏死因子指标优于低、中体力活动量人群;体力活动量与低密度脂蛋白、超敏C-反应蛋白关系密切。 To explore the physical activity level of women 40 - 59 years blood lipids and vascular inflammatory cytokines C-reactive protein,interleukin-6,tumor necrosis factor,apolipoprotein B,and for the relationship between the physical activity,the blood lipid and vascular inflammation factors are ensured. Methods: 65 women at the age of 40 - 59 years as ordinary objects,according to the physical activity level employing international physical activity questionnaire survey,are divided into three groups. The lipids and C-four-reactive protein,interleukin-6,tumor necrosis factor,apolipoprotein B and other vascular inflammatory factors of different physical activity were analysed. Results: low physical activity group,blood lipid triglycerides( TG),low density lipoprotein( LDL),total cholesterol( CHO) were higher than moderate level of physical activity group,high-density lipoprotein( HDL) less than the moderate physical activity group; insufficient activity in human serum C-reactive protein. Tumor necrosis factor were significantly higher than high physical activity group,and the difference was significant( P〈0. 05); and lack of physical activity in human serum concentrations of interleukin-6,Apolipoprotein B below crowd moderate physical activity and the difference was significantly( P〈0. 05); Physical activity levels are negatively correlated with low density lipoprotein,physical activity and hypersensitive c-reactive protein are negatively correlated also. Conclusion: Lipid of high physical activity level population fared better than low physical activity; Apolipoprotein B and interleukin 6 indicators of medium physical activity in people is better than that of low and high physical activity level,hypersensitive c-reactive protein and tumor necrosis factor index high physical activity of human is better than that of low and medium physical activity; Physical activity and low density lipoprotein cholesterol( hdl-c),hypersensitive c- reactive protein has a close relationship.
