摘要 目的系统评价商业视频游戏(commercial video games,CVG)对改善脑卒中患者平衡功能、生活质量的作用。方法计算机检索Cochrane图书馆、Medline、荷兰医学文摘数据库、Pubmed、Web of Science、中国生物医学数据库、中国期刊全文数据库、万方数据库、维普期刊资源整合服务平台,截至2016年9月22日公开发表的关于CVG应用于脑卒中患者康复训练的随机对照试验(randomized controlled trial,RCT)。由3名研究员对符合纳入标准的文献进行质量评鉴和资料提取,对符合质量标准的RCT进行Meta分析。结果共纳入14项RCT,包括523例患者。6项RCT在传统康复治疗基础上增加额外CVG治疗时间,8项RCT的实验组与对照组干预时间相等。两组干预时间相等时,实验组对动态平衡Berg平衡指数量表评分改善更显著(MD=1.35,95%CI=0.43,2.27)。结论 CVG辅助传统康复治疗法可改善脑卒中患者平衡功能障碍,提高生活质量。同等干预时间,CVG辅助传统康复训练法对动态平衡功能的改善优于单纯传统康复治疗。 Objective To evaluate the effectiveness of commercial video games (CVG) on balance and quality of life in patients with stroke. Methods We searched the Cochrane Library, Medline, The Excerpta Medica Database, Pubmed,Web of Science, Chinese biomedical literature database, Chinese national knowledge infrastructure , WangFang,and Weipu database to collect randomized controlled trials (RCTs) that evaIuating CVG for rehabilitation in stroke published before September 22th,2016.Three reviewers independently assessed the methodological quality of included RCTs.Meta analyses were conducted for the eligible RCTs.Results Totally 14 RCTs and 523 cases were included.In 6 RCTs ,the objects in the experiment group performed the CVG intervention in addition to a conventional therapy program.In 8 RCTs ,the time dose of treatment in the experiment group and control group was equal.Experiment group showed a significant improvement in Berg balance scale (MD = 1.35,95 % CI -0. 43,2.27). Conclusions CVG assisted traditional rehabilitation therapy can improve the equilibrium dysfunction and quality of life.In terms of equal interventional time,CVG assisted traditional rehabilitation therapy has better effect on the improvement of dynamic balance function than traditional rehabilitation therapy.
