不同人口学特征临床护士工作满意度差异的比较研究 被引量:4

摘要 目的比较不同人口学特征的临床护士工作满意度得分的差异。方法 2015年9月,采用便利抽样法选取北京市某三级甲等综合性医院临床护士673名,采用一般资料问卷及卡劳斯克/米勒护士工作满意度量表(McCloskey/Mueller satisfaction scale,MMSS)对临床护士工作满意度进行横断面调查。结果不同年龄、工龄、任职情况、学历、职称、是否为急危重症科室护士的工作满意度总分与各维度得分差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05),不同性别和用工性质护士的工作满意度总分及各维度得分差异均无统计学意义(均P>0.05)。结论不同人口学特征临床护士的工作满意度有所不同,相关部门应针对不同特征的护士制定科学有效的激励机制与改进措施,以期进一步提高护士工作满意度,稳定护理队伍。 Objective To compare satisfaction on job among clinical nurses with different demographic characteristics.Methods By convenience sampling method,673 clinical nurses from a Class III Grade I general hospital in Beijing were selected and investigated by using the McCloskey/Mueller satisfaction scale(MMSS)to assess satisfaction on job among nurses.Results Nurses with different age,years of working,positions,education levels,professional titles,servicing in emergency department/intensive care unit or not reported different levels of satisfaction on job significantly(all P〈0.05),while no statistical significance of job satisfaction total scores and dimension scores was found between nurses with different sex and employment modes(all P〉0.05).Conclusions Nurses with different demographic characteristics have different viewpoints on satisfaction of job.Individualized motivation mechanism and improvement approaches according to nurses' character should be implemented to promote nursing job satisfaction,and to stable the nursing team.
