基于Delphi法构建某三级医院临床医师能力综合评价指标体系

Construction of comprehensive evaluation index system for abilities of clinicians based on Delphi method in a certain tertiary hospital

通过文献资料收集和Delphi专家咨询法,确立了37项临床医师能力综合评价指标,采用层次分析法构建层次模型,经数学加权确定了内、外科2个学科的各项指标权重系数,明确各指标在综合评价中所占的比重,构建某三级医院临床医师能力综合评价指标体系,为科学评价三级医院临床医师提供参考。

The study established 37 evaluation indexes for abilities of clinicians by way of documents collection and Delphi expert consultation,built hierarchical model by AHP,determined weight coefficient of various index for subjects of medicine and surgery by mathematical weighting and ascertained the proportion of different indexes in the comprehensive evaluation system,thus comprehensive evaluation index system for abilities of clinicians was constructed in a certain tertiary hospital,which will be references for scientifically evaluating the abilities of clinicians in tertiary hospitals.
