摘要 为了消除煤矿生产活动中在用设备检测中出现的安全隐患,通过对无损检测技术的特点、应用范围和局限性进行分析,举例说明了超声波探伤技术在煤矿轴类部件的实践应用。无损检测技术在不损伤零部件的情况下,有效的检测出工件的内部缺陷,方便了煤矿设备的维护保养,能预防因缺陷造成事故的发生,极大地降低了煤矿企业生产的风险。 In order to eliminate potential safety hazard of coal mine producing activity in equipment in use, taking practicalapplication of ultrasonic flaw detection technology in axle parts as example, nondestructive testing technology could testinternal defect of workpiece effectively without damage based on analysis of its features, apphed range and boundedness,which facilitated maintenance of coal mine equipment, prevented occurence of accidents due to defects and greatly reducedrisk of coal mining enterprises.
