The Riga Guidelines for Cooperation between China and Central and Eastern European Countries Issued at the Fifth Summit of China and Central and Eastern European Countries

The Riga Guidelines for Cooperation between China and Central and Eastern European Countries covers 11 aspects, including holding the National Coordinators＇ Meetings in China and Hungary respectively in 2017; supporting Hungary in hosting the 6th China-CEEC Summit in 2017, promoting trade and investment; enhancing connectivity and ＂people-to-people contacts＂; strengthening cooperation in industry, energy, science and technology, finance, agriculture and forestry, and health. Among the stipulated measures, 20 were meant to promote ＂people-to-people contacts＂.
