摘要
目的探讨目标管理法在手足外科新护士带教中的应用效果。方法将60例新入科护士分为对照组30例和观察组30例,对照组采用传统带教法带教,观察组采用目标管理法带教,比较两组带教效果。结果观察组护士的理论成绩(92.97±5.65)分和技能操作成绩(92.93±4.38)分均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论目标管理法可有效提高手外科新护士的带教效果,提高了新护士的教学质量。
Objective To explore the application effects of management by objectives(MBO) in teaching new nurses in the department of hand surgery. Methods 60 new nurses who just join the department were divided into two groups: one was the control group with 30 nurses, the other was the experimental group with 30 nurses. Traditional teaching method was applied in the control group and MBO was applied in the experimental one. The teaching effects were compared. Results The theoretical scores(92.97±5.65) and technical ones(92.93±4.38) of the experimental group are both higher than the control group. And the difference was statistically significant(P〈0.05). Conclusion MBO can efficiently improve the effects in teaching new nurses in the department of hand surgery and the teaching quality among new nurses.
