经阴道超声诊断宫外孕的临床价值探讨

The Clinical Value of Transvaginal Ultrasound Diagnosis of Ectopic Pregnancy

目的研究在宫外孕患者中采取经阴道超声诊断的临床效果以及价值。方法选取我院2014年5月~2016年5月收治的88例宫外孕患者,采取随机数字表法的形式将患者随机分为两组,即为参照组（n=44）与实验组（n=44）,将实行经腹部超声检查的患者作为参照组,将实行经阴道超声诊断的患者作为实验组,分析对比两组患者经不同诊断后诊断符合率、宫外妊娠显示阳性率。结果实验组患者诊断符合率97.72%、宫外妊娠显示阳性率100.00%等指标均优于参照组患者诊断符合率84.09%、宫外妊娠显示阳性率86.36%,经检验组间数据差异有统计学意义,P〈0.05。结论将经阴道超声诊断以及经腹部超声检查应用在宫外孕临床诊断中均存在一定价值,但是经阴道超声诊断的效果更显著,可以提升阳性检出率以及诊断符合率。

Objective To study the adopt transvaginal ultrasound in ectopic pregnancy patients diagnosed clinical effect and value. Methods From May 2014 to May 2016, 88 patients with ectopic pregnancy were chosen, taking the form of random number table method of our hospital patients were randomly divided into two groups, namely as the control group（n=44） and experimental group（n=44）, will be after abdominal ultrasound examination of patients as control group, will be transvaginal ultrasound diagnosis of the patients as experimental group, comparing two groups of patients after different diagnosis showed positive diagnosis coincidence rate, palace pregnancy. Results Patients in the experimental group was 97.72%, the coincidence rate of diagnosis of ectopic pregnancy showed that the positive rate was 100.00%, was better than the control group patients diagnosis rate 84.09%, ectopic pregnancy showed a positive rate of 86.36%, the data was statistically significant between group difference test, P〈0.05. Conclusion The transvaginal ultrasound and abdominal ultrasound application in a certain value exists in clinical diagnosis of ectopic pregnancy by transvaginal ultrasound diagnosis, but the effect is more significant, can improve the positive detection rate and diagnosis rate.
