糖尿病酮症酸中毒合并多脏器衰竭的临床特征、诱因与治疗预后

The Clinical Features, Causes and Prognosis of Diabetic Ketoacidosis Complicated With Multiple Organ Failure

目的研究分析糖尿病酮症酸中毒合并多脏器衰竭的临床特征、诱因与治疗预后。方法本次研究对象为2013年5月~2015年5月在我院接受治疗的糖尿病酮症酸中毒合并多脏器衰竭患者80例,回顾性分析所有患者的临床资料。结果结合本次分析可以发现,糖尿病酮症酸中毒合并多脏器衰竭相关性因素较多,其中以感染为主要诱发因素。在本次治疗中治愈率为91.25%（73/80）,死亡率为8.75%（7/80）。结论糖尿病酮症酸中毒合并多脏器衰竭诱发因素较为复杂,为实现对该类患者健康的有效保障,必须结合临床特点、诱因等实施针对性治疗。

Objective To analyzed the clinical features, causes and prognosis of Diabetic ketoacidosis complicated with multiple organ failure. Methods This study included 80 cases of patients with multiple organ failure and from May 2013 to May 2015 in our hospital for treatment of diabetic ketoacidosis, retrospective analysis of the clinical data of all patients. Results According to the results of the analysis can be found in diabetic ketoacidosis complicated with multiple organ failure are correlation factors, the respiratory tract infection was the main predisposing factors. The cure rate was 91.25%（73/80）, and the mortality rate was 8.75%（7/80）. Conclusion Diabetic ketoacidosis complicating multiple organ failure induced by complex factors, to achieve effective protection of the health of the patients, must be combined with the clinical features, causes the implementation of targeted therapy.
