摘要
目的本次主要对PPH手术治疗重度混合痔的效果进行观察分析。方法选取我院2013年10月~2015年10月收治并已确诊的重度混合痔患者50例作为研究对象,均实施PPH手术治疗,对患者术后恢复的情况进行观察分析。结果 50例患者均一次性吻合,其成功率为100%,其中3例患者尿潴留,4例出血,经保守治疗后均治愈;在为期1年的随访中发现1例患者肛门狭窄,后通过扩肛后治愈。结论对重度混合痔患者实施PPH手术治疗的临床效果显著,并发症较少且治愈率极高。
Objective The main effect of PPH surgery for the treatment of severe mixed hemorrhoids. Methods A total of 50 patients with severe mixed hemorrhoids admitted to our hospital from October 2013 to October 2015 were selected as the subjects, all patients were treated with PPH operation, the postoperative recovery of patients were observed and analyzed. Results All the 50 patients were all one time, the success rate was 100%. Among them, 3 cases of urinary retention, bleeding in the 4 cases, after conservative treatment were cured. Anal stenosis was found in 1 patients during a follow-up period of up to 1 years, after the treatment by expanding anus. Conclusion The clinical effect of PPH operation in the treatment of severe mixed hemorrhoids is significant, less complications and high cure rate.
