观察脑出血早期应用七叶皂苷钠治疗的临床疗效

Clinical Effect of Treatment of Patients in the Early Period of Cerebral Hemorrhage by Sodium Aescinate

目的探究与讨论脑出血早期应用七叶皂苷钠治疗的临床疗效。方法选择2015年10月~2016年10月我院收治的30例脑出血早期患者为分析对象,分为两组,对照组（n=15）给予常规治疗,观察组（n=15）在对照组治疗方法的基础上给予七叶皂苷钠治疗,观察两组患者的治疗效果。结果观察组影像学检查结果优于对照组（P〈0.05）;观察组总有效率为86.67%,优于对照组的66.67%（P〈0.05）。结论脑出血早期应用七叶皂苷钠治疗的临床疗效显著。

Objective To explore and discuss the clinical effect of early treatment of seven patients with cerebral hemorrhage by sodium aescinate.Methods 30 patients with cerebral hemorrhage in our hospital from October 2015 to October 2016 were selected as the object. They were divided into two groups, the control group（n=15） was given conventional treatment, the observation group（n=15） on the basis of the control group was treated with sodium aescinate. The therapeutic effects of two groups were observed. Results The imaging results of the observation group was better than those of the control group（P〈0.05）. The total effective rate of the observation group was 86.67%, which was better than that of the control group（66.67%）（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The clinical effect of early treatment of patients with cerebral hemorrhage with sodium aescinate is good.
