双歧杆菌三联活菌散治疗小儿腹泻疗效观察

Observation on the Curative Effect of Live Combined Bifidobacterium, Lactobacillus and Enterococcus Powder in Treating Infantile Diarrhea

目的观察双歧杆菌三联活菌散治疗小儿腹泻的疗效。方法选取我院2013年12月~2016年6月收治的小儿腹泻患儿60例作为研究对象,以随机对照分组法分成两组（观察组30例、对照组30例）,两组均给予常规降温补液、控制饮食、调节水电平衡等基础治疗,同时对观察组患儿采用双歧杆菌三联活菌治疗,对对照组患儿采用枯草杆菌二联活菌颗粒治疗,观察比较两组患儿的临床疗效。结果观察组患儿的临床总有效率（96.7%）高于对照组（63.3%）,差异具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论采用双歧杆菌三联活菌散治疗小儿腹泻疗效显著。

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of live combined bifidobacterium, lactobacillus and enterococcus powder in the treatment of infantile diarrhea. Methods In our hospital, children with infantile diarrhea in 60 cases as the research object from December 2013 to June 2016, according to the randomized grouping method, they were divided into two groups（30 cases in the observation group, 30 cases in the controlgroup）, two groups were given conventional cooling fluid infusion, diet control, adjusting power balance of basic treatment, at the same time observation group were treated with live combined bifidobacterium,lactobacillus and enterococcus powder, the control group were treated with MAMIAI treatment, the clinical curative effect of the two groups of children was observed. Results Clinical total effective rate of patient’s in observation group was（96.7%） higher than the control group（63.3%）, the difference has statistical significance（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Live combined bifidobacterium, lactobacillus and enterococcus powder has a significant effect on the treatment of infantile diarrhea.
