胃溃疡应用奥美拉唑、泮托拉唑、兰索拉唑治疗的效果评析

Analysis of Treatment Effect of Omeprazole, Pantoprazole, Lansoprazole in the Treatment of Gastric Ulcer

目的研究胃溃疡应用奥美拉唑、泮托拉唑、兰索拉唑治疗的效果。方法以我院2015年1月~2016年5月胃溃疡患者150例为研究对象。根据治疗药物的差异分为三组,分别为奥美拉唑组、泮托拉唑组、兰索拉唑组,比较三组患者胃溃疡愈合率、腹痛缓解率。结果泮托拉唑组、兰索拉唑组患者胃溃疡愈合率高于奥美拉唑组,P〈0.05。泮托拉唑组、兰索拉唑组患者腹痛缓解率高于奥美拉唑组,P〈0.05。结论胃溃疡应用奥美拉唑、泮托拉唑、兰索拉唑治疗均有一定效果,但相对来说,泮托拉唑、兰索拉唑的治疗效果优于奥美拉唑。

Objective To study the effect of omeprazole, pantoprazole, lansoprazole in the treatment of gastric ulcer. Methods 150 patients withgastric ulcer in our hospital from January 2015 to May 2016 were studied.According to the different treatment were divided into three groups, omeprazole group and pantoprazole group, lansoprazole group group. Gastric ulcer healing rate and abdominal pain relief rate were compared between the three groups. Results Pantoprazole, lansoprazole group of patients with gastric ulcer healing rate was higher than the omeprazole group, P 〈 0.05. Pantoprazole, lansoprazole group of patients with abdominal pain remission rate was higher than that of omeprazole group, P 〈 0.05. Conclusion Gastric ulcer using omeprazole, pantoprazole, lansoprazole for treatment have certain effect, but relatively speaking, pantoprazole, lansoprazole treatment is better than omeprazole.
