热毒宁注射液的药理作用、临床应用及不良反应

目的探索热毒宁注射液的药理作用、临床应用及不良反应。方法采集我院2015年1~10月收治的111例使用热毒宁注射液治疗的患者作为观察对象,全面分析该药的药理作用、临床应用效果及不良反应。结果从治疗总有效率来看,急性上呼吸道感染患者与病毒性肺炎患者差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）,病毒性肺炎患者与轮状病毒性肠炎患者、急性上呼吸道感染与轮状病毒性肠炎患者差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。总的不良反应率仅为4.50%,且全是轻微不良反应。结论热毒宁注射液在临床应用上有显著的治疗效果,同时不良反应少。

Objective To explore the pharmacological effects, clinical application and adverse reactions of Reduning injection. Methods 111 cases of patients treated with Reduning injection who were treated in our hospital from January to October 2015 were selected as the observed object. Results The total efficiency of the treatment of acute upper respiratory tract infection in patients with viral pneumonia had no significant difference（P 〉 0.05）, viral pneumonia in patients with acute rotavirus enteritis patients, upper respiratory tract infection with rotavirus enteritis patients had significant difference（P 〈 0.05）. The adverse reaction rate was only 4.50%, And all were minor adverse reactions. Conclusion Reduning injection has significant therapeutic effect in clinical application, and less adverse reaction.
