摘要
目的研究延续护理在输尿管结石术后带双＂J＂管出院患者中的应用。方法选取2015年3月~2016年3月100例输尿管结石术后带双＂J＂管出院患者,采用随机的方式,分为对照组和观察组,对照组采取常规护理,观察组采取延续护理,对比两组患者出院后3周术后并发症情况、社会经济效益及患者满意度。结果观察组的上述指标数据优于对照组,P〈0.05。结论给予输尿管结石术后带双＂J＂管出院患者延续护理,能够有效的降低患者术后的并发症情况。
Objective To study the application of continual nursing care in ureteral calculi patients with double ＂J＂ tube discharge. Methods 100 patients with ureteral calculi were discharged from March 2015 to March 2016 with double ＂J＂ tube. The patients in control group and observation group were randomly divided into control group and routine nursing group. The complications, socioeconomic benefit and patient satisfaction were compared between the two groups after 3 weeks of hospital discharge. Results The above data of the observation group were superior to the control group, P 〈0.05. Conclusion Continuing nursing care of patients with double ＂J＂ tube after ureteral calculus can effectively reduce the postoperative complications
