艾条灸配合中药离子导入对腰椎间盘突出症急性期疼痛疗效观察及护理

Observation on Curative Effect and Nursing Care of Moxa Roll Moxibustion Cooperate Chinese Traditional Medicine Iontophoresis Acute Pain in Lumbar Intervertebral Disc Protrusion

目的探讨艾条灸配合中药离子导入对腰椎间盘突出症急性期疼痛临床治疗及护理效果。方法选取我院收治的腰椎间盘突出症急性期疼痛患者42例作为研究对象,将其随机分为干预组(n=22)与对照组(n=20)。对照组采用中药离子导入联合中药湿热敷,干预组采用中药离子导入配合中医护理特色技术艾条灸法,每个疗程10 d,共两个疗程。结束后对比两组临床效果。结果干预组疼痛明显缓解时间低于对照组,干预组治疗有效率优于对照组,干预组日均费用低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论运用中医特色护理技术艾条灸法配合中药离子导入,能显著缓解腰椎间盘突出症患者急性期临床疼痛症状,提升总体有效率,操作更为简便且经济适用。

Objective To investigate clinical treatment and nursing effect of the article with Chinese medicine acupuncture iontophoresis acute pain in lumbar intervertebral disc protrusion. Methods 42 cases of patients with acute pain and lumbar disc prolapse were selected as the study object, which were divided into intervention group（n=22） and control group（n=20）. The control group used traditional Chinese medicine iontophoresis combined with traditional Chinese medicine wet compress. The intervention group used traditional Chinese medicine iontophoresis with characteristics of TCM nursing technology of Moxa Moxibustion. Each period of treatment for 10 days, a total of two compared two groups of clinical effect after the treatment. Results The pain relief time in intervention group was lower than that in control group, the effective rate of the intervention group was better than that of the control group, the average daily cost of intervention group was lower than that of control group, the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The use of traditional Chinese medicine nursing technology combined with traditional Chinese medicine iontophoresis moxa moxibustion, which can significantly relieve the clinical symptoms of acute lumbar disc herniation. The overall efficiency is improved, the operation is more simple and economical.
