综合护理降低尿毒症患者血透并发症发生率的作用分析

Effects of Comprehensive Nursing in Reducing the Incidence of Hemodialysis Complications in Patients With Uremia

目的观察综合护理降低尿毒症患者血透并发症发生率的作用效果。方法将2015年10月~2016年6月我院收治76例尿毒症患者,按对照研究方式分为对照组和观察组,每组38例。对照组患者给予常规护理,观察组患者在对照组患者所给予护理基础上施行综合护理。记录并比较两组患者低血压、出血、内瘘管堵塞、猝死等并发症发生情况。结果观察组出现低血压6例,出血1例,猝死0例,内瘘管堵塞4例;对照组出现低血压16例,出血1例,猝死1例,漏管堵塞8例;前者并发症总发生率为28.95%,低于后者的68.42%,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论综合护理可降低尿毒症患者血透并发症发生率,具有较好的应用效果。

Objective To observe the effects of comprehensive nursing in reducing the incidence of hemodialysis complications in patients with uremia. Methods From October 2015 to June 2016, 76 patients with uremia in our hospital were divided into the control group and the observation group, 38 cases in each group. The control group was given routine nursing, and the observation group was given comprehensive nursing.The incidence of complications was compared between the two groups. Results The observation group of 6 cases of hypotension, 1 cases of hemorrhage, 0 cases of sudden death, 4 cases of fistula occlusion; the control group had 16 cases of hypotension, 1 cases of hemorrhage, 1 cases of sudden death, drain pipe blockage in 8 cases, the overall complication rate was 28.95%, lower than 68.42% of the latter, the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Comprehensive nursing can significantly reduce the incidence of hemodialysis complications in patients with uremia.
