认知干预联合鼻腔护理对鼻内镜术后患者临床疗效的改善作用

Clinical Effect of Cognitive Intervention Combined With Nasal Cavity Nursing on Patients After Endoscopic Sinus Surgery

目的探讨认知干预联合鼻腔护理对鼻内镜术后患者临床疗效的改善作用。方法选择2013年1月~2016年11月鼻内镜术后患者113例作为研究对象（对照组n=52,观察组n=61）。对照组实施鼻内镜术后常规护理,观察组实施认知干预联合鼻腔护理。比较两组患者术后鼻腔填塞渗血消失时间、术后疼痛程度、鼻腔纱条拔出后出血情况及患者平均住院时间。结果观察组患者术后鼻腔填塞渗血消失时间早于对照组,观察组鼻腔填塞纱条拔出后发生出血例数少于对照组,观察组轻度疼痛例数高于对照组,中重度疼痛低于对照组,观察组平均住院时间少于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论认知干预联合鼻腔护理能改善鼻内镜术后患者临床疗效,能减少术后相关性并发症,减轻患者疼痛程度,缩短平均住院时间。

Objective To explore the cognitive intervention combined nasal nursing clinical efficacy in patients with nasal endoscopic surgery. Methods From January 2013 to November 2016, 113 patients with nasal endoscopic surgery as the research object,（ the control group, n=52, observation group, n=61）. Control the implementation of nasal endoscopic surgery routine nursing care, observation group joint nasal nursing cognitive intervention. Compare two groups of patients with postoperative nasal cavity filling oozing disappeared time, the degree of postoperative pain, bleeding after nasal gauze strip pulled out the average length of hospital stay and patients. Results Observation group of patients with postoperative nasal cavity filling oozing disappear time earlier than the control group, the observation group of nasal cavity filling yarn pulled out after hemorrhage were significantly less than the control group, the mild pain cases of observation group was obviously higher than that of control group, moderately severe pain significantly lower than the control group, the average hospitalization time observation group was obviously less than control group, the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Cognitive joint nasal nursing intervention can significantly improve the clinical efficacy in patients with nasal endoscopic surgery, can obviously reduce the postoperative complications, correlation relieve patients’ pain degree, shorten the average length of hospital stay.
