剖宫产围产期实施阶段式健康教育的临床效果评价 被引量:2

摘要 目的探讨剖宫产围产期实施阶段式健康教育的临床价值。方法选取2014年1月~2016年6月江苏省射阳县第二人民医院收治的120例剖宫产产妇作为研究对象,随机平均分成两组,观察组和对照组各60例,对照组实施常规的健康教育宣传,观察组实施阶段性持续健康教育:入院初期、术前阶段、术后康复、出院教育。结果观察组健康教育内容掌握57例(95.00%)、母乳喂养56例(93.33%)、护理满意59例(98.33%)高于对照组的48例(80.00%)、49例(81.67%)、50例(83.33%)(P〈0.05);观察组剖宫产术后并发症3例(5.00%)、SAS评分(30.45±3.12)、SDS评分(31.27±3.38)低于对照组的10例(16.67%)、(38.56±4.23)、(40.12±4.42)(P〈0.05)。结论实施阶段性健康教育可以降低剖宫产孕产妇SAS、SDS评分,提高产妇健康教育内容掌握、母乳喂养率和护理满意度,也降低剖宫产术后并发症的发生,帮助产后恢复。 Objective To explore the clinical value of staged health education during Perinatal period of cesarean section. Methods 120 cases of cesarean section as the research object from January 2014 to June 2016 in The Second People’s Hospital of Sheyang County, were randomly divided into two groups: observation and control group, each 60 cases, control group received routine health education, observation group received stage health education: early admission, preoperative and postoperative stage rehabilitation and discharge education. Results 57 cases(95.00%) of mastery of health education in the observation group, breast feeding in 56 cases(93.33%), nursing satisfaction in 59 cases(98.33%) were higher than control group of 48 cases(80.00%), 49 cases(81.67%), 50 cases(83.33%)(P〈0.05). Postoperative complications occurred in 3 cases(5.00%) in the observation group, SAS score(30.45±3.12), SDS score(31.27±3.38), were lower than the control group with 10 cases(16.67%),(38.56±4.23),(40.12±4.42)(P〈0.05). Conclusion The implementation of phased health education can reduce the SAS and SDS scores of cesarean section, promoting the mastery of health education, breastfeeding and improving nursing satisfaction, but also reduce the incidence of complications after cesarean section, help postpartum recovery.
