急救护理路径在急性心肌梗死患者中的应用效果

Application Effect of Emergency Nursing Pathway in Patients With Acute Myocardial Infarction

目的分析将急救护理路径应用于急性心肌梗死患者护理中的效果。方法选择2015年11月~2016年10月在我院治疗的急性心肌梗死患者68例,依照护理方式不同分成急救组和常规组,每组34例,对比两组护理的效果。结果急救组护理的总满意度比常规组患者高,组间比较差异有统计学意义,P〈0.05;急救组患者死亡率与常规组患者相比,比常规组低,组间比较差异有统计学意义,P〈0.05。结论将急救护理的路径应用于急性心肌梗死患者护理中,可以提高患者护理的满意度,降低死亡率,提高治疗的效果。

Objective To analyze the application of emergency nursing path in patients with acute myocardial infarction in effect. Methods From November 2015 to October 2016, 68 cases of patients with acute myocardial infarction in our hospital, according to the different nursing methods were divided into treatment group and control group, each group of 34 patients, compared two groups of nursing effect. Results The total satisfaction of nursing emergency group and routine group compared with patients is significantly higher, more significant differences exist between groups, P〈0.05, emergency patients mortality rate compared with the conventional group, was significantly lower than in the conventional group, compared with significant differences between groups, P〈0.05. Conclusion The application of emergency nursing pathway in patients with acute myocardial infarction can improve patient satisfaction, reduce mortality and improve the effect of treatment.
