拔罐法联合湿性愈合技术对深部腔洞性创面伤口的护理效果观察

Nursing Effect of Cupping Method Combined With Wet Healing Technology on Deep Cavity Wound

目的探讨拔罐法联合湿性愈合技术治疗深部腔洞性创面伤口的护理效果。方法选取2013年1月~2016年10月收治的深部腔洞性伤口患者50例,其中22例湿性愈合技术清创患者作为对照组,另外28例采用拔罐法联合湿性愈合治疗清创患者作为观察组。比较两组临床效果和护理服务满意度。结果观察组患者创面愈合平均时间低于对照组;观察组平均住院时间低于对照组;观察组护理满意度高于对照组;差异均有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论应用拔罐法联合湿性愈合技术对深部腔洞性创面进行伤口护理,能显著促进患者创面愈合,改善患者治疗有效率,缩短患者平均住院日,加快床位周转,发扬中医护理服务特色优势。

Objective To investigate the nursing effect of cupping combined with wet healing technique in the treatment of deep wound wound cavity.Methods From January 2013 to October 2016, 50 patients with deep cavity wound were treated. Among them, 22 cases of patients with debridement were treated as control group. The other 28 cases were treated by cupping combined with wet healing therapy debridement patients as the observation group. The clinical effect and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups. Results The average wound healing time of the observation group was lower than that of the control group, the average hospitalization time of the observation group was lower than that of the control group. The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was higher than that of the control group, the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The application of cupping combined with wet healing of wound care for deep cavity wound technology, can significantly promote wound healing, improve the efficiency of treatment, shorten the average length of stay, speed up the bed turnover, carry forward the characteristics of traditional chinese medicine nursing services.
